Staff Product Manager

Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, or related area and 5 years of experience in product management; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, or related area and 7 years of experience in product management.

Experience driving product roadmaps using prioritization matrices (RICE), impact effort assessment, user research documentation, and rollout strategies. Experience driving user research using usability testing, user interviews, surveys, card sorting, and tree testing. Experience writing product requirement document (PRD), detailing UX requirements, writing user journey definitions, and detailing high level design requirements using JIRA, Miro, and Confluence. Experience with technical product requirements documentation, grooming, and sprint planning. Demonstrated knowledge of client-side architecture and development processes including UX, Technical Development, Systems Architecture, Quality Assurance Testing, and Release. Experience using one of the following: Agile Software, Jira, Trello, or Rally. Experience with data ingestion, measurement, and attribution. Demonstrated knowledge of data storage and batch processing systems. Experience analyzing customer impact to measure Net Promoter Score, Retention, Loyalty, and Churn using one of the following: Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or Google Analytics. Experience defining data analysis requirements. Experience using AB testing, data analytics, and real user monitoring software. Experience with financial modeling and hypothesis development for product strategy and roadmap including ROI and impact analysis.
