You will hold the full scope of responsibilities from maintenance tickets, preventive maintenance, vendor relations to service experience to our employees, guests and partners. You will create and maintain a pleasant, aesthetic & functional work environment, inspiring our employees and ensuring that they experience a high level of organizational effectiveness, safety and fun.

About The Role

You will hold the full scope of responsibilities from maintenance tickets, preventive maintenance, vendor relations to service experience to our employees, guests and partners. You will create and maintain a pleasant, aesthetic & functional work environment, inspiring our employees and ensuring that they experience a high level of organizational effectiveness, safety and fun.

  • Ownership of the company facilities and smooth day to day operations
  • Solve tickets and facilities related issues while identifying opportunities to operate more efficiently
  • Enhance employee experience within our great office environment
  • Plan, coordinate and execute office maintenance activities
  • Help plan and execute any facility related project such as: events at the office, company storages, employee moves etc
  • Monitor and operate facilities systems, such as; security and access control while providing a timely response to any office emergency situations and out of normal business hours
  • Source & manage office vendors and relationships over time
  • Engaging with employees and stakeholders to coordinate facilities related projects
Your Experience & Skills
  • Previous experience in workplace/facilities positions or similar roles (fast pace environment) - minimum 2 years
  • Previous experience with paint repairs, dry walls, plumbing systems, ceilling repairs etc.
  • Previous experience with building infrastructure systems
  • Technical and handyman skills - Must
  • Strong verbal and communication skills. Work fluently and confidently in English.
  • Customer centric approach.
  • Multitasking skills, ability to prioritize and work as needed towards meeting short deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point) and email tools (as Outlook or Google calendar) - must. PM tools proficiency - an advantage.
