- Managing the facilities staff and external contractors
- Forecasting and supporting the company space needs worldwide
- Negotiating and overseeing lease agreements with brokers and landlords
- Working with local municipalities on relevant licenses
- Managing insurance plans and service contracts
- Designing and planning facilities layout
- Managing office construction projects
- Handling office maintenance, security, cleaning, and catering
- Coordinating routine and ongoing maintenance and repairs
- Budgeting, estimating, and controlling utilities and supply costs
- Training staff on safety procedures
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and laws
- Setting and implementing company facilities policies and standards
- 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced project management experience
- Good knowledge of relevant regulations and laws
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good negotiating skills
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker
- Fluent in English
