KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead as a systems architect for Electronic Warfare and Radar products.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development (BD) team on pursuits.
- Work across all of Honeywell to develop holistic solutions.
- Write compelling proposals and white papers.
- Mentor fellow engineers.
- Conduct requirements analysis and decomposition.
- Engage with customers.
- Manage budget and schedule responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- Knowledge of legacy EW/Radar systems.
- Staying up to date on current technologies and trends.
- Familiarity with export control regulations.
- Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
- Demonstrated ability to win pursuits.
- Strong industry relationships.
- Expertise in systems development lifecycle.
- Experience working with diverse and global teams.
- Ability to make autonomous decisions.
- Significant engineering background.
