PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
To provide the best learning service to own retail and franchise staff to empower them to consistently meet the retail standards
Business
- Provide training support to own retail and franchise team to drive retail business and consumer experience
 - Offer training solutions to improve retail KPIs according to long term / short term retail needs.
 - Develop and track training efficiency through retail KPIs as well as training KPIs
 - Develop comprehensive training plans and programs to meet own retail and franchise staff learning needs
 
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Retail Operation leaders to drive the retail performance
 - Attend business meetings and provide training suggestions
 - Coordinate with Retail Operations, Retail HR, Product Marketing and other relevant teams to get alignment and acquire the resources
 
Training Management
- Maintain and optimize retail training structure to ensure clustered learning curriculums fit business needs.
 - Utilize proper learning methods to optimize learning experience
 - Develop training KPIs and processes for evaluating training delivery quality and effectiveness
 
People Management
- Performance management to direct reports; review and evaluate performance
 - Improve direct reports’ capabilities on both soft skills and functional skills
 - Encourage best practices share among team
 
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualification:
- At least 6-8 years’ experience training development and delivery
 - Experience with apparel retail or fast fashion is preferred
