function, part of theFinance Chief Operating Office (COO), provides independent assessments of key regulatory and management reports, as well as the underlying report production processes. The team ensures completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, standards, and procedures—identifying areas of non-adherence and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Within QATV, theTesting Execution & Strategic Delivery (TESD) Teamis responsible for:
- Driving change management initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness
- Monitoring and providing oversight of key transformation initiatives across QATV
- Leading and supporting cross-functional projects aligned with QATV’s strategic goals
- Developing executive-level reporting, insights, and communications to support leadership decisions
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution & Risk Management:
- Plans & Manages Projects – Defines scope, objectives, and maintains the project plan to ensure timely delivery of TESD’s projects offline or within Citi’s Project Tracking System.
- Change Management Support – Supports TESD’s Change Management Lead in scoping new change management initiatives.
- Oversees Execution & Delivery – Ensures quality, resource allocation, cost control, and on-time execution of initiatives.
- Leads Cross-Functional Collaboration – Aligns stakeholders and teams through structured meetings and coordination.
- Monitors & Mitigates Risks – Acts as Risk and Controls champion for the TESD team.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Manages Stakeholder Communications – Facilitates updates, reporting, and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develops & Implements Communication Plans – Creates comms, tracks progress, and delivers key updates.
- Conducts Training & Knowledge Management – Develops training programs and documentation (SOPs, governance docs) for TESD.
- Reporting & Process Optimization:
- Manages Documentation & Processes – Defines and maintains documentation, resource planning, and workflow processes.
- Develops Reports & Dashboards – Tracks progress through weekly reports and the QATV book of work dashboard.
- Supports Procurement & Resource Planning – Provides sourcing support and assists in capacity planning for TESD teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Transformation & Project Management: 3+ years of experience in management consulting, large-scale transformation, or a similar role within a financial institution, with expertise in program/project management using agile methodologies.
- Strategic Execution: Proven ability to independently drive initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Experience influencing senior stakeholders to align on strategic goals and implement change.
- Analytical & Research Proficiency: Strong process analysis skills, with the ability to gather, synthesize, and apply data-driven insights to problem-solving.
Required Skills:
- Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to break down complex challenges into structured, actionable solutions (e.g., hypothesis-driven, problem-solving, MECE framework).
- Communication & Influence: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating impactful executive presentations in PowerPoint.
- Data Analysis & Strategic Insights: Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to extract insights, translate findings into recommendations, and support decision-making.
- Professionalism & Adaptability: Confident, solution-oriented, and highly adaptable, with a keen interest in driving meaningful transformation.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong executive presence and ability to interact with stakeholders.
Nice to Haves:
