As a Payment Lifecycle Analyst in the Cash Asset Management team, you will play a crucial role in funding Nostro accounts, monitoring account balances, and performing reconciliations in a deadline-driven environment.
Job responsibilities:
- Ensure all work items are completed in accordance with the agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve process efficiency.
- Coordinate with business and treasury teams to determine the appropriate funding requirements for Nostro accounts, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of overall Nostro funding.
- Perform reconciliations to identify discrepancies and collaborate with relevant business units to resolve them.
- Support Global Treasury teams in predicting and funding bank cash positions across Asia, EMEA, and WHEM regions.
- Collaborate with Global Projects teams to ensure seamless implementation of any process enhancements.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial accounting and business management.
- Working knowledge of banking operations and the Nostro funding process.
- Proficient in operating SWIFT, managing Nostro accounts, and handling international wire transfers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with advanced skills in Excel and strong computer navigation abilities.
