Job Description:
Your expertise in end-to-end integration, developer support, and platform technologies will empower developers globally to adopt and integrate our solutions efficiently, ensuring exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.
Developer Experience Strategy:
Design and evolve end-to-end developer journeys, from discovery to integration, through developer portals, interactive docs, and sandbox environments.
Apply systems thinking to design interconnected touchpoints across web, tools, documentation, and support that scale across use cases and global markets.
Champion human-centered design , ensuring developer empathy and usability testing are baked into every step of product design and feedback loops.
Technical GTM Execution:
Own the technical go-to-market plan for new APIs, SDKs, and developer tools—including internal readiness, launch kits, integration samples, and messaging frameworks.
Define product marketing deliverables for launch: tutorials, solution briefs, API walkthroughs, onboarding flows, and technical webinars.
Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, and SIs to co-create implementation playbooks and enablement tools for scaling adoption.
Developer Portal & Documentation Excellence:
Lead the vision and roadmap for our developer portal and technical content platform, driving continuous improvement in discoverability, clarity, and personalization.
Partner with tech writers, engineers, and DevRel to develop content standards and documentation strategies that scale across multiple products and verticals.
Developer Portal & Documentation Excellence:
Define KPIs and success metrics for developer experience (e.g., time-to-first-call, time-to-live, documentation engagement).
Leverage tools like Amplitude, Postman to measure usage patterns and identify drop-offs or experience gaps.
What you need to bring:
8+ years of product and platform experience, ideally building developer platforms, tools, APIs, or SaaS integrations.
Deep familiarity with developer-first ecosystems, tools (Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, GitHub), and modern developer UX principles.
Strong understanding of technical GTM playbooks: beta programs, onboarding kits, solution architecture docs, changelogs, versioning strategies.
Proven success designing or evolving developer portals, onboarding frameworks, and in-product documentation systems.
Experience collaborating with risk, compliance, and legal teams to launch secure and compliant APIs or services.
Ability to synthesize complex technical systems into simple, usable product flows and communicate them clearly to internal and external audiences.
Strong communication, program management, and cross-functional influence skills—especially in highly matrixed environments.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $176,500 to $262,350
