You will
Attain targeted sales goals for assigned account set. Develop, implement, and follow up on plans to ensure best in class performance for the programs under their responsibility
Work with the sales team, sales management, and support services sales specialists on account planning activity
Proactively identify customer needs/requirements and recommend/quoting appropriate Dell Services. Stay up-to-date with all new services offerings and solutions, including market and competition trends
Act as a subject matter expert on all elements of the Services portfolio to support the sales organization to meet and/or exceed their objectives
Focus on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards and ethics through engaging with the customer directly, whilst building a relationship
Essential Requirements
Graduated less than 12 months ago with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & French
Good knowledge of IT service offerings, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and stay organized in day-to-day activities
Ability to follow processes, policies, and practices to ensure consistency and compliance
Desirable Requirements
Ability to communicate well with senior-level team members
Collaboration and Data management skills
