You will

  • Attain targeted sales goals for assigned account set. Develop, implement, and follow up on plans to ensure best in class performance for the programs under their responsibility

  • Work with the sales team, sales management, and support services sales specialists on account planning activity

  • Proactively identify customer needs/requirements and recommend/quoting appropriate Dell Services. Stay up-to-date with all new services offerings and solutions, including market and competition trends

  • Act as a subject matter expert on all elements of the Services portfolio to support the sales organization to meet and/or exceed their objectives

  • Focus on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards and ethics through engaging with the customer directly, whilst building a relationship



Essential Requirements

  • Graduated less than 12 months ago with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & French

  • Good knowledge of IT service offerings, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to prioritize and stay organized in day-to-day activities

  • Ability to follow processes, policies, and practices to ensure consistency and compliance


Desirable Requirements

  • Ability to communicate well with senior-level team members

  • Collaboration and Data management skills
