Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate across functions (e.g., Customer Care, Sales Training, Merchandising), divisions, and regions to coordinate launch plans and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Develop and maintain the “playbook” for onboarding divisions and regions, ensuring global success.
- Serve as a liaison and gather feedback from divisional commercialization managers to ensure alignment with divisional priorities.
- Drive customer engagement with the platform and contribute to the analytics process to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders through frequent communication channels.
- Attend conferences and seminars to stay abreast of B2B industry best practices in commercialization with customers and sales reps.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in digital commerce, sales, marketing, or similar function.
- Experience working in large and complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to travel up to 25%

- Field sales experience.
