You will take part in meaningful work and real-life projects that will help you grow both professionally and personally throughout the program.

Length: 12 weeks (mid-May through mid-August)

Schedule: You must be available to work a 40-hour work week for 12 weeks

During the 12-week program, you will gain in-depth insight into the Clinical Operational Excellence Group that supports the Global Clinical Operation Division.

• You will play an important role in developing concepts and initiatives within the clinical operation business unit.
• Supported by a mentor and experienced colleagues, you will be directly involved in our daily business and assigned tasks for diverse projects:
• Building reports/dashboards in the Veeva System to facilitate the oversight of the Maintenance of the Study Trial Master File by an external vendor,
• Building reports for the preparation of FDA and EMEA Inspections using data retrievable from different systems and platforms
• Participating in developing templates to summarize clinical operation data from different systems using Power BI or other more sophisticated tools.
• A self-conducted exploratory project to apply AI to activities that are repetitive, and time-consuming and must be accurate.
• Build Diagrams for complex processes involving multiple parties using Vizio.
• Create Training material for electronic systems used in Clinical Operations.

Currently enrolled in (Undergraduate/graduate college student) program of Engineering, Data Science, Data Management, Computer Programming, Data Visualization and Storytelling.
