- Reports to Associate Manager Process Stamping
- Does not manage people
- Acts based on directions by the manager and undertakes actions for process
- improvement in new product introduction
- Responsible for executing the job with focus on cost, quality and timing
- Builds and maintains an attitude of team player to fellow positions within the home
- organization and to attached or interacting organizations
- Acts in accordance with environmental, health and safety regulations
- Acts in accordance with compliance and security regulations
- As process technician in stamping, you will support the process engineer (m/f/d) in developing optimal processes and workflows
- As process technician in stamping, you will support the process engineer (m/f/d) in driving main activities to have quick and accurate impact on Yield rate, customer claims, cycle time and OEE.
- Support new stamping products launching by knowing main critical or concerning issues related to tooling, machine, and operator side.
- During product start-ups and product changes, you will assist in the development of standard work steps and workflows and be heavily involved in prototype setups
- You support the training of new work processes and train employees (m/f/d) in them
- You have experience in handling jigs and quality measuring tools and you support
- Lean Production and 5S activities
- You coordinate and participate in set-up and support the developing of process improvements
- Document lesson learned and implementation for future projects
- 3+ years of experience with manufacturing processes like injection molding, CNC, die casting, stamping or assembly
- Certificates on stamping or process technologies are desirable (training courses on tool¨, robot programming, stamping curves, etc.)
- You already have experience in process optimization, for example lean production
- You have experience in handling jigs and quality measuring tools
- You bring a hands-on mentality, as well as the willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system
- You are fluent in English or/and German
