Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
Experience in people management.
Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of Indonesia’s technology and advertising landscape, with understanding of Indonesia’s fintech, ecommerce and telco industries.
Knowledge and experience of using Google and YouTube advertising solutions.
Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently to support client relationship management in this region
Ability to identify opportunities, take initiative, and deliver results across multiple teams with minimal guidance and formal support.
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment.
