As an Amazon Software Development Engineer, you will help tackle a diverse landscape of technical problems. We are an early-stage initiative, and you will play an active role in translating business requirements into concrete systems and prototyping concepts in partnership with Amazon, technology leaders within the team and across the business.You will design, develop and deploy reliable distributed solutions that operate at Amazon scale. You will work with a variety of core languages and technologies including Python, Scala, NodeJS, Linux, NoSQL, SQL and AWS services. You will tackle challenging, novel situations every day and will have the opportunity to work alongside talented Amazon engineers to redefine our data platform. Key job responsibilities
You will own in partnership with the Data Architect the infrastructure as code, CDK, and helping hold the amazon Coding Bar for DataTech and OTS wide data strategy initiatives.

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
