We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manger / Program Manager (f/m/d) responsible for managing delivery, specifically for the localization program for HCM that Globalization executes. Role would include:

• Leading and overseeing the execution of SAP HCM programs, ensuring successful delivery.
• Collaborating closely with Chief Product Officers (CPOs), Agile Product Owners (APOs), and scrum teams in the Globalization department.
• Establishing strong relationships with central Line of Business (LoB) contacts.
• Facilitating shareholder meetings for roll-in, roll-out, and synchronization activities.
• Assisting line management in effectively managing development organization, particularly in cross-functional areas.
• Ensuring that deliveries adhere to the guidelines and corporate standards of the overall program.
• Being part of Program Coordination Meetings and providing support during program checkpoints.
• Coordinating with Product teams to align their efforts with the program's objectives, utilizing existing structures and models such as Delivery Responsible and Quality Responsible.
• Managing cross-program dependencies, service groups, and stakeholders.

• Experience in leading a program holding responsibility for continuous and timely delivery in Agile mode.
• Technical background in ABAP development, Quality Processes, based on SAP Product Development Lifecycle.
• Knowledge of tools supporting Development Lifecycle, like JIRA, Sirius, PPMS, ACRF, SCP, WIPS, ServiceNow, ECCN.
• Actively participate in process improvement activities within and outside of the team.
