Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a role leading cross-functional teams in product/project/program development.
  • Experience delivering large-scale engineering products or platforms involving machine learning, data processing, and data analytics tools at Internet scale.
  • Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, make recommendations, and drive actions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to engage with business partners, translate needs into technical roadmaps, and deliver and effectively communicate and partner with executive stakeholders.
  • Passionate about delivering the best user experience to internal users by actively surveying user needs and translating requirements into a feature roadmap.
  • Effective and clear communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and proactive; demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities; can quickly (real-time) triage, prioritize, and lead cross-functional teams under pressure.
  • Experience with ML training (e.g. train/test, evaluation, measurement), data processing pipelines, large-scale and high-throughput backend services, and/or user-facing applications that use those services and deliver measurable business or product value.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
