Qualifications
- 6+ years experience developing highly scalable & high performance distributed applications
- Experience with the development challenges inherent with highly scalable and available web applications.
- BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience.
- Strong experience with any cloud vendors like AWS , GCP , Azure
- Strong experience with multiple languages like Python & Java: Developing and maintaining large scale applications
- Willing to learn and adapt to new languages & technologies
- Experience with ML Development Life Cycle (MDLC), and Tools like LangChain, FastAPI
- Experience with generative AI, LLM operations, AI assistant, prompt engineering, embeddings, AI background, machine learning.
- 5+ years experience with web services (consuming or creating) with REST
- Experience with open source technologies, prototyping and/or researching the up and coming technology and solutions.
- Solid communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of the Software design/architecture process.
- Experience with unit testing
