Some of the main activities will be to:
  • Ensure efficient territory coverage
  • Plan and ensures sales volumes on monthly basis, customer/partner visits and strategic activities in the assigned territories
  • Analyze the specific market conditions and builds a market-related network of stakeholders
  • Prepare offers and prioritize customer/partner contact, based on potential and opportunities, builds and maintains a customer focused network
  • Develop business via selected partners with significant potential – increase share of wallet
  • Provide information for forecasts and planning via CRM system
  • Provide support to Partner, with main focus on customer benefit, customer potential and customer satisfaction
  • Cooperate with other Departments and professionals and proactively ask for support-to-support customer's
  • Act as focal point in building trusted partnerships inside Siemens and on the customers’ side

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

  • You are a Sales professional in a technical & sales department within the building automation market
  • Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Automation or Electrical/Electronics Engineering
  • Knowledge and experience of building automation, HVAC and Fire businesses
  • Manage Sales Policy in terms of Pricing, Discount, General Terms & Conditions in the specific market
  • Orientation towards achieving targets and customer orientation; Building networks competence
  • Available to frequent business trips in Italy
  • Passion to never-stop growing
  • Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Eligibility to work in Italy
