Some of the main activities will be to:
Ensure efficient territory coverage
Plan and ensures sales volumes on monthly basis, customer/partner visits and strategic activities in the assigned territories
Analyze the specific market conditions and builds a market-related network of stakeholders
Prepare offers and prioritize customer/partner contact, based on potential and opportunities, builds and maintains a customer focused network
Develop business via selected partners with significant potential – increase share of wallet
Provide information for forecasts and planning via CRM system
Provide support to Partner, with main focus on customer benefit, customer potential and customer satisfaction
Cooperate with other Departments and professionals and proactively ask for support-to-support customer's
Act as focal point in building trusted partnerships inside Siemens and on the customers’ side
To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:
You are a Sales professional in a technical & sales department within the building automation market
Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Automation or Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Knowledge and experience of building automation, HVAC and Fire businesses
Manage Sales Policy in terms of Pricing, Discount, General Terms & Conditions in the specific market
Orientation towards achieving targets and customer orientation; Building networks competence
Available to frequent business trips in Italy
Passion to never-stop growing
Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge
Proficiency in English and Italian
Eligibility to work in Italy
