You will enjoy keeping your technical skills current, to the point that you can contribute to architecture discussions. You regularly take part in deep-dive troubleshooting exercises and drive technical postmortem discussions to identify the root cause of complex issues.**Have strong project management experience.**The successful candidate will be able to create roadmap and estimation for the project. This will include innovating and inventing new value-add services layered on top of our existing services. Experience with Agile methodologies is an advantage.**Know how to run a tight, lean, efficient operation.**The right candidate will want to measure everything. You will excel at using metrics, monitoring, and alarming to measure and improve the operational processes and performance of the team. On-call responsibility is part of this job profile

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
