As an Analyst, HR Shared Services, you will be responsible for providing HR services support across multiple HR functions, including onboarding, time and attendance, leave management, payroll support, letters administration, records management, medical support, offboarding and HR projects
You will be responsible for
Provides daily operational support for internal client group on record management soft and hard copies, onboarding, off boarding, internal transfer, employment contract management (country specific), employee letters, employment certificates, visa support documentation, allowance changes and leave tool management. May also support country specific tools and systems
Streamlines and simplifies end-to-end HR operations processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness
Oversees and manages a wide range of team members’ benefitsadministration/programs(i.e. medical/social benefits & claims, life and supplementary insurance, pension and allowances)
Establishes continuous improvement process, whereby performance translates directly into correction action plans and resulting improvements
Collaborates across HR functions and payroll
Essential Requirements
University degree in a related field or an acceptable equivalent combination of education, related training, and experience
Fluent communication skills in French and English
Experience in providing HR Employee Lifecycle Services
Microsoft Office package
Strong customer orientation, attention to the detail, ability to work independently & organize daily priorities
Desirable Requirements
Knowledge of France labor legislation
