Possess 3+ years in technical support experience at any level at any of the following areas:

Routing & Switching Expertise (Design, Implementation, Troubleshooting)

Use of Wireshark, Packet Analyzer and other tools for TCP/IP packet analysis

Hands-on experience at least with 4 of this:

• Layer 2 Technologies: STP, vPC, FabricPath
• Network Management Protocols: PTP, NTP, DNS, DHCP
• Quality of Service: Queuing, policing, shaping
• Layer 2 Security: Port security, private VLANs, ACLs
• Layer 3 Technologies: EIGRP, OSPF, ISIS, MBGP, PBR, BFD
• Layer 3 Security: ACLs, DAI, IP Source Guard, RPF
• VRF Routing, Multicast Protocols (PIM, IGMP, Auto-RP, BSR)
• Overlays: VXLAN, EVPN, OTV, MPLS, Segment Routing
• API-based Network Automation (REST APIs, NETCONF, YANG)
• Python Scripting & Network Automation
• Fabric Controller tools: DCNM/ NDFC

• Possesses a bachelor’s degree in a technical field (such as Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication)
• Expertise in Cisco Nexus Platforms (N9K, N7K, N5K, N3K)
• Real-time Operating Systems (RTOS) Troubleshooting
• Industry Certifications:
• CCNA Enterprise
• CCNP (Enterprise or Data Center)
• CCIE (Enterprise or Data Center)
