• Drive Revenue: Collaborate with our global partner channel ecosystem to accelerate indirect sales and exceed revenue targets.
• Enable Success: Support new partner onboarding and ramp-up processes to ensure seamless integration and rapid time-to-revenue.
• Optimize Operations: Streamline partner management processes through automation and efficient use of Salesforce and partner relationship management (PRM) tools.
• Build Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with VARs and BMC GSLs, ensuring exceptional service and support.
• Drive Innovation: Work closely with channel partners to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive growth.
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS partner management.
• Proven track record of managing successful channel partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of BMC or competitive solutions or the ability to quickly learn.
• Experience working with distributors, VARs, and Indirect focus teams.
• Familiarity with systems like Salesforce and partner relationship management (PRM) tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
