Key job responsibilities
As an experienced Professional Services Delivery Leader, you will be responsible for:
• Leading and managing the Area Shared Delivery Team, overseeing Delivery Practice Managers (DPMs) and their teams
• Ensuring delivery of best-in-class solutions for customers and partners, meeting and exceeding satisfaction targets
• Driving business development initiatives and provide portfolio guidance and oversight
• Collaborating with ProServe Account Executives to identify and define customer business outcomes
• Managing the Area P&L, optimizing team growth, performance, and utilization
• Serving as an escalation point for Sales and Delivery teams, engaging in pre-sales, in-flight projects, and post-implementation reviews

- 10+ years’ experience experience in IT and/or Management Consulting/Services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience leading cloud transformation projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience within a Security Consulting team or a similar operating environment
- Able to communicate effectively in English within technical and business settings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain C-level client relationships.
- Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud computing trends
- Strong people management and performance management skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis, contract management, and risk management
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive change
- Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities in ambiguous environments
- Work experience in emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, and their enterprise applications.
