As a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily business operations. Your ability to adapt and deliver flawless work output will be key as you interact with executive-level clients and represent the manager/group with professionalism.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone coverage, screen calls, take messages, and distribute them appropriately.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference calls.
- Arrange travel accommodations and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Review and submit managers' expense reports for payment.
- Compile and distribute reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Maintain department facilities and equipment.
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Coordinate group coverage for lunch hours, vacations, and training.
- Assist with overflow, special projects, and day-to-day tasks.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior administrative assistant role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
- Strong organizational skills with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Absolute discretion when handling confidential matters.
