You will:

• Develop end-to-end solutions for traditional and modular data center architectures optimizing performance, efficiency and cost
• Drive the architecture of end-to-end solutions to include air and liquid cooled servers, integrated rack solutions, power distribution and heat rejection systems
• Demonstrate engineering expertise and leadership across mechanical, cooling and power disciplines
• Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, original design manufacturers (ODMs) and suppliers
• Present to Dell leaders and external customers

Essential Requirements

• 15+ years related experience or equivalent skill
• Extensive experience working with, and deep knowledge of, mechanical, cooling and power technologies utilized in data centers
• Expert at solving complex issues and balancing competing priorities to achieve the best possible outcomes for all stakeholders
• Highly skilled at working with customers throughout project lifecycle (problem statement to implementation)
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; must be able to write proposals, technical documents etc. and present to customers, external partners and internal leaders
