- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in project or program management within HR, Recruiting, or Talent Programs.
- Experience in the U.S. public sector, security clearances, or personnel compliance management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing large complex projects with multiple players across cross-functional teams with meticulous attention to detail.
- Domain knowledge in the U.S. public sector, security clearances, and/or personnel compliance management.
- Ability to be collaborative within a diverse team setting.
- High tolerance for ambiguity, and ability to operate with limited supervision and take initiative.
- Excellent judgment on sensitive, complex, and cross-functional issues, fostering collaboration between leaders, sub-teams, the larger organization and related functions.
