Responsible for the operation delivery and coordination of Global Account Customers during – pre-sales, contract negotiation, project and service delivery
Primary point of contact for customer for global matters and coordinating within the Global Accounts PMO and with internal GBE stakeholders
Work alongside Global Accounts Sales Team to fulfil customer needs
Advocate for the global customer to ensure consistent and standardized customer experience
Coordinate across global locations for the customer and internal Honeywell teams
YOU MUST HAVE
5+ years experience within the building construction industry including project/program management
Ability to travel 25-35%

Global customer experience with cross collaborative teams across continents
Experience dealing with Contractors, Channel Partners
Sales or Sales support experience.
Technical knowledge of product, solutions and offerings at a High Level (including all Honeywell Offerings).
Knowledge of Honeywell processes, tools, organization structure desirable
Standard Implementation Process & Methodology experience. Developing Global Playbook & refining based on actual execution
Strong influencing, communication & coordination skills
Experience with collaboration across global business teams / organizations
Experience with Project Planning tools such Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Cora PPM
