Job Responsibilities:

  • Build great relationships with customers to provide excellent service to our customers
  • Think quickly, critically and provides solutions to meet our customers needs
  • Demonstrate a collaborative approach, working together with your team to improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Educating and helping customers with our digital app, and their mobile banking

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Good in collaborating with others and helping the customers
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in working in a dynamic environment

  • Team player and brand ambassador
  • A passion to learn and self-develop

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Previous experience working within a customer service environment, ideally from hospitality, retail and telephony based roles
  • Experience building relationships with customers and providing exceptional service

Our working patterns are 35 hours per week and can be offered across 4 or 5 working days. We offer a variety of shift patterns between 6.30am and 10.30pm, 365 days per year.
