Job Responsibilities:

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Previous experience working within a customer service environment, ideally from hospitality, retail and telephony based roles
- Experience building relationships with customers and providing exceptional service
Our working patterns are 35 hours per week and can be offered across 4 or 5 working days. We offer a variety of shift patterns between 6.30am and 10.30pm, 365 days per year.
