You will be part of a global team focused on developing early-in-career consultants. You will partner with customers, AWS Sales, and other AWS teams to develop and execute cloud solutions that address customer use cases and accelerate innovation and the adoption of AWS.Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will be a part of leading and building our complex and ambitious “Associate to Consultant” (A2C) Program. You will be responsible for providing training, coaching, and mentoring to develop your team into productive, customer-facing technical consultants.Associate Consultants in the practice may include specialists in Infrastructure, Application Development, DevOps, Data Analytics and Security. Achieving success will require coordination across many internal AWS teams and external AWS Partners, with impact and visibility at the highest levels of the company.You’ll need to make prioritization calls across the enterprise that require both keen business and technical judgment, and will also drive processes and execution goals.A day in the life
You will be based in Singapore. Key job responsibilities include:Designing and implementing training programs to focus and accelerate consultant development.Defining and delivering on-site technical engagements with partners and customers. This will include participating in on-site visits, mapping customer business and technical requirements, and guiding your team of Associate consultants to deliver.Driving high team utilization on customer engagements including working with customers and AWS Partners to discover requirements.

- 7+ years of IT implementation experience with 1+ years in a leadership/technical lead role
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Experience with cloud based solutions (AWS or equivalent)
- Proven customer relationship management and collaboration skills

- Leadership & Growth: Experience in developing teams through recruiting, training, mentoring, with proven track record delivering consulting projects
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience in technical consulting, with a focus on cloud solution design and implementation, and an understanding of modern Application Development methodologies and best practices
- Project Excellence: Experience of managing projects with diverse stakeholders (Agile certification advantageous)
