- 10 years of experience in learning design.
- Experience launching programs, including in person or virtual events, and organizing training programs or creating training content.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Management, Design, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in people management.
- Experience leading complex strategic and operational initiatives across various functional domains and geographies.
- Knowledge of taxonomies, learning design approaches and tools.
- Ability to design and maintain standards and enable their deployment and activation across multiple teams of learning designers.
