Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage language programs.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
• Manage and oversee vendor relationships.
• Implement global learning initiatives.
• Lead special learning projects.
• Design and implement a leadership program for middle management.
• Conduct business partnership meetings with business leads to discuss learning needs.
• Facilitate training sessions as required.
• Design and organize a facilitator development program.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Develop and implement learning plans for the Operations and Talent teams.
