Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and optimization of advanced machine learning models.
- Oversee the preprocessing and analysis of large datasets.
- Deploy and maintain ML solutions in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into products and services.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models, making necessary adjustments.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualification:
Lead the development,optimizationandmaintenanceofmonitoring and RCA applicationstoenable self-service for business partners toestablishcapabilities in fraud/incident detection and investigation.
Strong capability to understand different business needs, and translate them into engineering tasks, push for delivery with quality.

Collaborate with engineers from other sites, data scientists and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliverappropriate solutions

Solid understanding of RESTful APIdevelopment and HTTP client libraries
Solid understanding ofweb application tech stack, including React, Node.JS
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g.GoogleBigQuery)
Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
Experience withDevopsbestpractises,containaerization(Docker/Kubernetes),version control systems (Git) and CI/CD
Familiar with Linux environments; able to perform troubleshootingofscripts (Shell/Python)
Proven ability to drive technical strategy, prioritize tasks andallocateresources for scalable solutions
communicationskills, have experience in conflict resolutionandhave flexibility tosyncup with teams acrossdifferent locations/timezonesremotely
Ability to align technical projects with business goals
Experienced in managing team performance
Experience with time-series databases (InfluxDB)
