As an Assembly & Test Technician Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and testing of our products to ensure their quality and reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to follow assembly procedures, perform tests, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Your attention to detail and adherence to quality standards will be essential in delivering high-quality products to our customers. You will report directly to our Assembly & Test Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our assembly and testing processes, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow assembly procedures to assemble products
  • Perform tests on assembled products to ensure functionality and quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during assembly and testing
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and test results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve assembly and testing processes

YOU MUST HAVE
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Experience with electronic assembly and testing
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
