Responsibilities:

• Produce and remit borrower and lender statements
• Communicate with clients regarding the collection of amounts due, or payment to clients, as is appropriate
• Research and resolve identified billing differences (breaks) between counterparties and Citi
• Compile accounting entry information, such as accruals, monthly adjustments, and ledger activity
• Minimize risk to the bank by monitoring errors and suggesting solutions that reduce errors, and ensure adherence to audit and control policies
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate processes and data to ensure the accuracy and quality of completed billing tasks
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of financial accounting experience
• Experience of working in an operations environment
• Experience of a financial services environment
• Experience of working in a controls-focused environment
• Intermediate Excel skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
