As part of the GDS India Finance Working Capital Team, you would serve a critical role as part of the Invoice Processing / T&E team. You will gain hands on experience in the role you will be assigned to. This person will work closely with other members of the Finance and accounting teams.

Your key responsibilities

• Accounts Payable, Invoice processing: Have Indian Invoice processing knowledge or desire to learn in a short span of time.
• Travel & Expense claim reimbursement: Have experience or desire to learn to handle Employee Travel & Expense claims.
• Part of Finance process improvement projects - Ability to be a good team player and be part of various process improvement projects.
• Handle meta-data in an ERP environment, e.g., Vendor Master data, Cost centers, Spend Reporting Segments, Concur, etc.
• Coordinating / interacting with key stakeholders and work as an important point of contact for them.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong fundamentals in Finance & Accounting
• Experience in Accounting ERP & MIS Systems is desired.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and desire to learn.
• Strong attention to details and sense of ownership
• Positive attitude and dependable team player
• Strong written, verbal and persuasive skills

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance
• 0-2 Years experience in Finance
• Must have strong Knowledge in Indian Accounting, Finance, MIS etc.
• Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
