Responsibilities
Be an integral part of the Theatre Technical leadership team, responsible for the transformation of some of the largest Enterprises in EMEAR.
Be responsible for all aspects of the customer related to the architecture and its service element setting a strategy in line with the customer and Cisco’s strategic Platform direction.
Collaborate with customer CxOs and IT leadership, using your ability to drive and influence the strategy and engagement whilst establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
Work with customer decision makers, partners, and internal teams to define pursuit success metrics, solutions, and models in line with business objectives.
Develop innovative architectural solutions using Cisco products and present these to customers, explaining how they meet their business outcomes.
Act as a coordination point for Architecture/CX/Business leadership Client executive.
Navigate Cisco Sales, Product, Service, and Executive business priorities.
Identify and collaborate to resolve business risks and gaps of Cisco architectural or service models with cross-functional collaborators within the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrable experience in understanding and driving Digital and Service Strategy in Enterprise business
Experience with Digital Architectures
Experience with IT Operations, Supplier and Service Management lifecycles
Experience with IT Consumption Models
Experience with Contract structure
Preferred Qualifications
A "customer in" leader, understanding the narrative/long term journey
A confident, credible presenter who excels in value-based storytelling
Curiosity which allows you to absorb new subject matter quickly
Comfortable working in a diverse international environment, directly with customers and also with our partner community
A background in Digital technology, with a good understanding within AI, Network, Multi-cloud, Collaboration and Security domains
Able to interpret customers desired business outcomes into architecture and service specifications understanding resource, risk and budgetary requirements.
Knowledge of service design principles and frameworks such as ITIL.
Highly developed planning skills and solid relationship building skills.
Experience working with large Enterprise/Fortune 500 business customers
