Director of Global Field Marketing, you will lead a high-performing team across EMEA, AMER, and APJ. You’ll be responsible for shaping our global field strategy, driving pipeline growth, and overseeing execution of regional campaigns, partner programs, and strategic events that fuel awareness and revenue.

WHAT YOU’LL DOOwn the global field marketing strategy and execution to drive pipeline growth and account influence across all regions.
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of field marketers, growing the motion through hands-on execution and scalable strategy.
- Build aField Marketing Center of Excellenceto support consistent best practices, field enablement, and regional alignment.
- Partner closely with Sales on territory planning, account strategy, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Develop and executeintegrated campaigns and strategic programs
- Lead partner marketing efforts
- Own the strategy and execution ofexecutive and customer-facing events, ensuring every program drives pipeline, strengthens relationships, and elevates the Wiz brand.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Product Marketing, Digital, Events, and Comms to amplify field efforts.
- Monitor performance through clear measurement plans and reporting cadences that align with sales and marketing goals.
- Ensure all field programs are aligned with Wiz’s brand, values, and commitment to customer success.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 8+ years of experience in Field Marketing, with a strong background in B2B tech or SaaS
- 5+ years leading high-performing, global teams
- Proven success developing and executing demand gen and ABM strategies that support sales pipeline
- Strong experience withpartner marketing and event marketingprograms at scale
- Deep familiarity with marketing tech stacks — including Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, 6sense
- Ability to analyze and act on data to drive smarter decisions and continuous improvement
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
- A bias for action, a builder’s mindset, and a deep sense of accountability
