The NS2 Cloud PMO and Enablement Intern will participate in defined tasks for selected projects in our emerging NS2 project portfolio.

General Responsibilities:

· Contribute to project planning activities

· Manage the execution of small scale, low risk project tasks according to assignments from PMO leadership team

· Build skill set to evaluate project related situations accurately and identify viable solutions that create successful outcomes

· Establish relationships with project stakeholders

· Identify and analyze project risks, establish contingency/response plans, identify trigger events and identify mitigating actions

· Identify what constitutes successful completion for tasks and project milestones

· Create learning materials such as presentations, eLearning modules, videos, interactive exercises, and assessments aligned with learning objectives.

· Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of course content.

· Conduct pilot testing of learning materials and making necessary adjustments based on feedback.

· Providing training and support to instructors on delivering the developed learning materials.

· Deliver training as needed.

· Demonstrated desire for skill development in Project Management role

· Experience in building and managing a variety of business, organizational relationships

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong multi-tasking and analytical/troubleshooting skills

· Identify training needs and learning objectives for a specific audience.

· Analyze data to evaluate learning effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

· Be able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present ideas.

· Ability to plan, manage, and execute projects within timelines and budget constraints.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

Must be obtaining degree or recent graduate in Business, Technology, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
