Description
Responsibilities Include:Reviewing and working toward resolving nuanced legal claims, including (but not limited to) right of publicity, trademark, and copyright infringement matters.Analyzing complex regulations, identifying risks, and developing effective strategies to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of major law firm and/or in-house litigation experience, including knowledge of and familiarity with laws, regulations and industry standards applicable to intellectual property, publicity rights, and defamation.
  • JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in, or proven ability to learn quickly and support new regulatory compliance efforts.
  • Strong work ethic and collaboration skills, including with an international team.
  • Ability to clearly organize and inform through excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Ability to lead, take action and provide direction in the face of ambiguity, and to get results in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical capability with attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify critical issues and to navigate priorities accordingly.
  • Proficiency with Apple products, programs and services.
  • Sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage a substantial workload.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $168,900 and $253,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
