Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Model and simulate the digital content supply chain to identify bottlenecks, using root cause analysis and systems thinking to implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.- Define system requirements and lead rapid prototyping, testing, and validation of technological solutions, applying independent judgment to select methods and evaluation criteria.- Extract actionable insights from complex data sets to drive design decisions and optimize workflows using data-driven approaches.- Communicate technical strategies and architectures to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of effectively briefing executives and cross-functional stakeholders, articulating technically complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Technical expertise in digital content systems, including Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Information Management (PIM), and Syndication Management Systems (SMS).
- Experience using advanced analytics tools and libraries, including Python, pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib, to analyze structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data and generate actionable insights for business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- MS (in relevant fields like Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, etc.) or MBA is desired.
- Expert in business process modeling and documentation tools, including SIPOC BPMN, and Value Stream Mapping.
- Experience applying problem solving frameworks (DMAIC, kaizen, etc.) and process improvement methodologies (six sigma, lean, TQM, etc.) to drive operational excellence.
- Experience with emerging technologies like AI and Machine Learning to automate and optimize digital content production and distribution workflows, enhancing agility, efficiency, scalability, and quality.
- Experience with SDLC methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, RAD) to facilitate effective collaboration with technical business partners.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $140,700 and $280,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
