Build and deepen strong business partnerships with assigned intermediaries (retail banks and securities firms) to gain market share
Communicate proactively with all levels of employees (including gatekeepers, investment consultants, relationship managers) from various intermediaries and explore sales and other promotional activities
Understand and analyze industry development and translate into business opportunity
Prepare business report and handle business agreement related issues
Work effectively with different internal parties and able to present on the team's behalf
Achieve overall business objectives as a team, i.e. sales targets and other KPIs
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
University graduate in Business, Finance and/or related discipline with a minimum of 6 years of experience in financial industry, with solid intermediary or product background
Good team player whilst able to work independently
Good analytical skills and can demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of financial markets and investment products (including mutual funds, hedge funds and alternatives)
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent communications in Japanese and good understanding of English
