SCM Solutions Contract Order Manager
Your role:

  • Demonstrating ability to develop and utilize data, metrics and continuous improvement tools to consistently achieve departmental & organizational objectives.
  • Developing tactical and functional improvement related initiatives to meet both short term and long term goals and assure implementation of these initiatives.
  • Managing PPM (Performance Management) process for all direct reports including monthly one on ones.
  • Working with direct reports by setting yearly SMART and developmental goals for each team member.
  • Ensuring effective and consistent administration of all company policies, procedures, programs and systems.
  • Managing, developing and coordinating all team and individual KPI’s, continuous improvement initiatives, metrics and trackers.
  • Representing supply chain on projects with the market and business units.
  • Working with field personnel and internal departments to evaluate, provide solutions, and negotiate terms of customer sales contracts and purchase orders that minimize risk without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a strong communication link with Supply Chain to provide timely processing of hardware and software ordering from 3rd Party vendors for delivery to our end customers.
  • Providing timely communication to internal and external customers.
  • Supporting ICS/SOX controls.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent business experience
  • Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to prioritize assignments
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with employees at various levels within the organization, as well as customers.
  • Must comfortable providing and receiving timely constructive feedback.
  • Individual must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment that is deadline driven, detail oriented, and have the ability to juggle a wide variety of responsibilities and other assorted projects as required.
  • Experience in contract structure, terms, and conditions, and negotiations, as well as how this structure pertains to driving customer purchase orders.
  • The position requires strong interpersonal skills, an energetic, proactive and flexible individual who can work both independently and as a team player.
