Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years people management experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, as.ble to make informed tradeoffs, and able to break down and solve complex and often ambiguous problems.
• Track record of successful design, delivery, and iteration on complex projects with a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Experience with data-driven insights creation, strategy definition, and experimentation.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years people management experience.
• 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Proficiency in Cloud technologies and services delivered by hyperscale cloud providers (Azure, AWS, Google).
• Experience in Storage Technologies.

• You will guide and coach the team to design technical solutions to build, maintain and enhance reporting infrastructure to track utilization, readiness and rollout of Azure Storage hardware platforms.
• You will guide the team to identify risks and propose data-based mitigations, use data as a tool for extracting insights to drive efficiency and utilization of Storage services.
• You’ll coach the team to define success criteria and provide expert knowledge to help them understand return on investment.
• You’ll also drive them to collaborate and ensure alignment on program management and release.
• You will guide the team with strong analytical skills and pragmatic technical judgment to assess and make the right decisions to deliver prioritized investments roadmap, track project schedules, and oversee the teams driving continuous improvements.
• You will partner by partner with a wide array of teams and disciplines and you’ll drive cross-group collaboration with the ability to influence and drive change and alignment.
