Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

• Participation in conducting salary surveys and assisting senior members of the team in all stages of the survey
• Responsibilities include client communication via phone/e-mail/meetings; preparing presentations; preparing agreements and other documentation; data collection from numerous clients/companies; validation and analysis of the data collected; preparation of analytical reports using internal softs
• Participation in various procedures related to client engagements to comply with internal policy

• Participation/assisting in conducting various market research projects, including communication with the target audience, data collection and analysis
• Participation/assisting in HR advisory projects
• Assisting in organizing and preparation of presentations/events for the HR community

Skills and attributes for success

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, statistics, human resources, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in qualitative /quantitative research,market research, consulting, data analytics and/or HR advisory or a related field.
• Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English and Georgian.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivation and goal orientation, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
