Senior Manager II, Technical Program Management

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related area and 6 years of experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area; Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related area and 4 years of experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

knowledge of Agile Project Management principles including Servant Leadership, Continuous Improvement, Conflict Resolution, Risk Management, Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development, and Release Planning. Demonstrated knowledge of Financial Management principles including budgetary and fiscal responsibilities. Experience with budget analysis. Experience managing technical programs, iterative development lifecycles, and resultant business outcomes. Experience with Microsoft Office Excel and Microsoft Access techniques including Pivot Tables, Macros, Data Tables, Cross-Referencing Data, Sensitivity Analysis, Database Integrations, and Data Structuring Functions. Experience with planning, supply and demand planning, forecasting, and resource management. Experience executing exploratory data analysis and creating visualizations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Power BI to communicate findings. Experience the strategic, executive, and operational implications and risks in program delivery. Experience receiving, tracking, and taking action
