As a Senior Manager in our People Consulting Team, you will work with high-profile clients and leaders to drive successful transformation projects, strategically partner with clients to identify learning needs, and provide custom solutions for organizational change.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead collaboration efforts with clients to enhance their workforce experience during transformations, system implementations, or process changes.
- Drive the acquisition of new customer projects, utilizing state-of-the-art change methods and creating bespoke solutions.
- Guide clients in making digital transformations understandable and actionable for their employees and organizations.
- Oversee the end-to-end acquisition process for new customer projects, including content preparation, commercial offers, and client presentations.
- Assume project or workstream responsibility across all phases of a project, from proposal to analysis, planning, conception, and implementation.
- Mentor and develop different team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Skills And Attributes For Success
- 8 to 12 years of relevant consulting or industry experience in people/human capital topics.
- Proven expertise in innovative change and learning tools/methodologies such as visualization techniques, personas, design thinking, and agile change management.
- Demonstrated experience with S/4HANA and large-scale transformations is a strong plus.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with a strong team spirit and flexible thinking.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, with a passion for working collaboratively.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in English is essential; proficiency in French, German, or Swiss-German is a significant advantage.
