Job purpose:
A D365 CRM Functional senior is a position that combines the roles of implementation specialist and functional lead in one having knowledge of multiple CRM modules (Sales, Service and Marketing).
Your client responsibilities:
- Work on CRM engagements to design and implement the next generation solutions
- Be involved in analyse and design phases of a project
- Responsible for collaboration with client teams to understand the business requirements and translate it to solutions.
- Execute & participate in application design sessions and make solution recommendations
- Ensure project documentation are completed and reviewed
- Deep knowledge of configuring and customizing CRM application
- Basic understanding of Integration & Data Migration methods/tools within D365 CRM
- Ensuring that design is in line with the business requirements
- Work cooperatively in a team environment
- Remain flexible on changing workloads

Key skills:
- Minimum 3-7 years of CRM Configuration & Customization experience in enterprise business application and delivery
- Must have strong project implementation and working experience in D365
- Must have done worked on large transformation programs in onshore offshore delivery model
- Must have worked on client facing engagements
- Must have done at least one end to end implementation with functional design
- Experience in agile delivery and deployment, continuous integration and build processes
- Familiar with relational database concepts and SQL
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BE/B.Tech./MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience
Preferred skills:
- D365 CRM Configuration & Customization hands on experience
- D365 CRM Certified
