Provide world class customer service to our commercial customers
Promotes and drives continuous improvement of the ordering flow to accomplish rapid parts fulfillment
Identify and report patterns on recurring issues and propose appropriate resolutions and improvements
Identify and implement initiatives for tactical optimization of daily operations, process and systems for efficiency of transport, warehouse or service center capacity
Operate our various systems to track the health of order fulfillment
What You’ll Bring
Demonstrated excellent communication skills, including ability to express well-reasoned, independent thought. Natural ability to speak and write effectively
Able to communicate, read and write effectively in English. Other European languages a plus (i.e. Italian, Spanish, Norwegian, German, etc.)
Courage to take action and or speak up when things are not going as planned or if you see a better way of doing it
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to change in scope, timeline, or focus without sacrificing execution
Automotive experience and familiarity with vehicle mechanics a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and proven ability to learn new systems quickly
