Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience as an Equipment Engineer in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes, including front-end and back-end operations.
- Experience with reading and interpreting electrical schematics, piping and instrumentation diagrams, and other technical documentation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in technical leadership.
- Experience with complex semiconductor equipment (e.g., vacuum, dry etch, PVD/CVD, wet etch, advanced lithography systems, high-volume metrology systems).
- Experience leading complex tool installations, including reading and interpreting cut sheets.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD design with the ability to manage teams, and experience working effectively with vendors.
