As a Senior Channel Operations Specialist for BuildingAutomation at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing andoptimizing our channel operations. You will be responsible for developing andimplementing strategies to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and drivegrowth through our distribution and partner channels. Your expertise in channeloperations and your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will beinstrumental in ensuring the success of our channel initiatives.
You will report directly to our Sr Director of Channel Excellence and you'llwork out of our Atlanta, GA office on a hybrid work schedule after your first90-days with Honeywell.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on our channel operations,driving improvements in productivity, profitability, and partnersatisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize channel operations and drivegrowth
• Lead engagement with counterparts in Honeywell corporate channel team,including driving efforts to define and standardize best-in-class channelpolicies, programs and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Building Automation (marketing,analytics, sales excellence) to streamline processes and improveefficiency
• Own the vision of our partner portal and partner with IT and other functionsto deploy this vision and enhancements.
• Maintain ongoing competitive assessment of the channel program, provideregular analysis and reports to senior leadership and make recommendations toensure the program remains best-in-class
• Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to identify areas forimprovement
• Identify and implement best practices for channel operations
• Provide support and guidance to channel partners to ensure alignment withcompany objectives
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of channel operations to ensurecompliance with policies and procedures

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in channel operations or relatedroles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Knowledge of distribution and partner channel dynamics

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
• Experience in managing channel operations in the technology or manufacturingindustry
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Continuous improvement mindset
